Thanks so much for stopping by my little corner of the internet & hanging out!

I love sharing recipes and inspiration for food that makes you feel good. Sometimes, that means a whole lot of veggies, packing in all the nutrients and fiber you need, and sometimes, that means a warm, gooey slice of chocolate banana bread. I am here for it all! So if you’re a veggie lover who also believes in the power of having dessert every day, then you’re in the right spot. I think we’re going to get along great!

Across the blog you’ll find an assortment of fun and flavorful recipes crafted to be perfect for everyday life. I love sharing shortcuts and tips I’ve learned from my years of experience in the kitchen. While I usually eat mostly plant based myself, I try to keep a balanced view of all foods and enjoy everything in moderation.

I’ve been dairy free for over four years, plant based for two, and am just beginning my gluten free journey, so I’m kinda a pro at the dairy free life, but still learning how to perfect some gluten free recipes. But no matter what you eat, everyone is welcome here, and I hope you’ll find some new favorite recipes!

A few other things I love include international travel on a dime, exploring our current home state of Minnesota with my husband and our four-legged baby, Zadee, taking care of my slowly growing indoor jungle, obsessing over tiny house designs, naps, and pursuing craft projects in my spare time!
